Lemos. He also one the top

brown belt competitors in Oklahoma. Shelby started his journey in 2010 and has competed in MMA, wresting, and jiu jitsu tournaments.

Shelby teaches the Wednesday and Friday NOGI beginner and advanced classes. you can also schedule private lessons with Shelby.
